FirstGen Forward, formerly the Center for First-generation Student Success, recently announced SUNY Oneonta as one of 60 new members of its network for 2025-26. To be selected as a FirstGen Forward Network Member, SUNY Oneonta "displayed a demonstrated commitment to improving experiences and advancing success for first-generation college students," according to a news release from the university.
