On the Bright Side: Delaware County Fair to welcome back the crowds in Walton

As fair season continues in central New York, the Delaware County Fair is set to open to the public next week.

“It’s one of the better fairs we’ve had in a long time,” said Ray Baker, secretary of the fair board, on Thursday, Aug. 7.
