Delaware County District Attorney Shawn J. Smith announced Friday, Aug. 8 that Richard Foster, 47, of Walton was indicted Thursday on two felony charges and one misdemeanor related to assaults that occurred in the village of Walton.

According to a news release, the indictment alleges that on Aug. 1, Foster assaulted two individuals in a parking lot.
