The trial of the man accused of killing two people and an unborn fetus last year continued Wednesday, with new video providing details of the events leading to the fatal shooting.

Nicole “Nico” Cunigan Jr. is accused of killing Deonte Johnson,16, Precious Taste, 32, and Taste’s unborn child in May 2024. He faces a dozen counts, including four counts of murder and two of felonious assault.

Multiple detectives took to the stand in the Montgomery County Common Pleas Courtroom Wednesday, sharing new footage of the shooting that had not been seen before.

The video footage from a neighboring home shows a figure prosecutors allege is Cunigan. The figure is shown looking into the bedroom of the home on Shaftsbury Road and having a conversation.
