A little more than two months after he passed away on what would have been his 65th birthday, the longtime estate of Colts owner is officially up for sale.

Set on over nine acres bordering in the affluent city of Carmel, just north of Indianapolis, the lavish property contains a two-story main home and a pair of standalone guesthouses spanning a combined 25,800 square feet. Glitzy creature comforts include an indoor basketball court emblazoned with Colt logos, a gym, a cinema, a speakeasy, seven fireplaces, a private par-3 golf hole, and not one but two pools, one inside and another outside.
