KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Morgan Freeman and the Kansas City Symphony are getting ready to bring the Blues to the Kauffman Center of the Performing Arts. It's "Morgan Freeman's Symphonic Blues Experience."
"I have not had the pleasure of being in the concert hall yet, but let's hope there's room for people to dance," Eric Meier said.
The seats are empty now, but the Kansas City Symphony is expecting a full crowd come September for the event.
"It's going to merge two different genres that seem to work very well together," Freeman said.
