A Santa Fe woman has been accused an armed robbery Tuesday at a home on the north side of the city.
Santa Fe police said a woman and a man walked into a home of a man with a motorized scooter on Villeros Street, near DeVargas Center, and took some of his belongings while threatening him with a gun.
The woman — 25-year-old Samantha Ellis, who was identified by the victim as someone he has known for years — faces a charge of armed robbery, according to a criminal complaint filed Wednesday in Santa Fe County Magistrate Court. Police indicated in court records the man she was with has not been identified.
Officials issued an arrest warrant for Ellis, but she had not been arrested as of Wednesday, according to court records and jail logs.
