LAS VEGAS (KLAS) -- A man accused of driving under the influence, hitting a pedestrian and another vehicle, and leaving a path of destruction claimed he did not realize he hit someone in a cell phone video obtained by the 8 News Now Investigators.

Roberto Olivas, 27, is charged with two felony charges including driving under the influence resulting in substantial bodily harm and reckless driving resulting in substantial bodily harm, along with three misdemeanor counts including operating a motor vehicle with no proof of insurance, driving an unregistered vehicle, and duty to give information for failing to give another driver his information after a minor collision, according to a criminal complaint filed by the Clark County District Attorney's office on Aug. 5.
