“Child safety is definitely a very important topic,” added Xinning Gui.

Kou and Gui are assistant professors at Penn State University.

“We have been focusing on child safety in Roblox,” Kou said.

Through research, Kou and Gui found that some of the most popular online games, like Roblox, are largely unmoderated – which could pose safety risks for some kids.
