Great North American Maple Pie Contest returns to Baird Farm in Chittenden this weekend

A sweet tradition returns to Chittenden this Saturday when Baird Farm hosts the fourth annual Great North American Maple Pie Contest at 2 p.m. The event will feature celebrity judges, pie and ice cream, and even pie throwing.

“Imagine a bad television cooking show,” Jacob Powsner, co-owner of Baird Farm, joked. “Like ‘Chopped’ if it was lower budget.”
