The daughter of a man killed in a hit-and-run crash while crossing the road in a wheelchair is pleading for the driver responsible to come forward, calling the act "cruel" and "inhumane." Florida Highway Patrol troopers said the crash happened around 9 p.m. Monday, Aug. 4, at the intersection of Semoran Boulevard and Colonial Drive. The driver who struck the man did not stop and has not been located.

A man using a wheelchair was crossing the road when he was struck by a driver who fled the scene. The victim was pronounce
