Union officials and business leaders got a look at a renovated piece of the city’s history on Thursday.

Union Furniture & Flooring owners Travis and Maria Blankenship purchased the historic Vitt’s Mill and neighboring Crystal Ice & Fuel building a couple years ago. While they are still renovating the mill, which opened in 1859, they have completed work on the ice factory and showed it off to members of the Union Area Chamber of Commerce and ReDiscover Union on Thursday, July 31. ×
