Tyrese Haliburton gave the Indiana Pacers fans an emotional message this week with a simple Instagram post. The 25-year-old All-NBA guard is recovering from a torn Achilles and will reportedly miss the entire upcoming season .

Haliburton’s post comes after a thrilling playoff run where he led the Pacers to their first NBA Finals appearance since 2000. He hit game-winners in all four playoff series, including a buzzer-beater in Game 1 of the Finals against the Oklahoma City Thunder. But in Game 7, just minutes into the first quarter, he went down with a non-contact injury that ended his season and derailed the Pacers’ title hopes.
