FORT STEWART, Ga. — Officials in Fort Stewart said five soldiers have been hospitalized after a shooting on Wednesday in southeast Georgia.
During a press conference, Brig. Gen. John Lubas, Commanding General of Fort Stewart and the 3rd Infantry Division, said the suspect was identified as Sgt. Quornelius Radford, a logistics sergeant. He also said Sgt. Radford had not previously deployed to combat.

Brig. Lubas said three victims required surgery and two victims were taken to Memorial Hospital in Savannah, Georgia, for further treatment.
