Few people may want to buy a flood-damaged car, but some do — without knowing it.
AAA Mid-Atlantic is warning car buyers that damaged vehicles could soon flood the market amid more than 3,000 flash flood warnings issued across the U.S. as of mid-July. According to AAA, that's the highest on record for the time period since the modern alert system's inception in the mid-1980s.
