The mill, which has around 100 people working there, is set to close down in November.
This comes as Midstate steelworkers wait to hear what will happen to the Cleveland Cliffs mill right here in Dauphin County.
The larger Cleveland Cliffs plant in Steelton has 500 employees and remains "indefinitely idled."
