The building:

Built by Mortensen, Revival on Platte opened in April right across from the home of the Denver Broncos, Empower Field at Mile High . The building sits at the intersection of the South Platte River trail and the Lakewood Gulch trail, an important detail for cyclists, joggers and pedestrians.
