FOLSOM, Calif. —

A Citrus Heights man was arrested more than a month after a fight on a Folsom bar patio claimed another man's life, according to the police department.

On June 28, Folsom police said officers were called to a report of an unresponsive man around 3:40 p.m. at Folsom State Slickers, a family-owned bar on Gold Lake Drive near Lake Natoma.

Officials said surveillance video and witness statements revealed that an altercation occurred on the bar's outdoor patio. One man died at the scene.

Folsom police on Wednesday said officers arrested 43-year-old Dylan Pierce for manslaughter, after he had been identified as the aggressor during the fight.
