Video of a parrot repeating cocaine prices was among the evidence which helped to put away a gang of drug dealers for over 103 years.

The Blackpool-based drug network was led by Adam Garnett, who managed to run the operation from prison with the use of smuggled in phones and Wi-Fi routers.

Police seized phones belonging to his associates, and discovered an extraordinary stash of evidence which helped to bring the operation crashing down, LancashireLive reports .

The phones contained video evidence of criminal activity, including Garnett's girlfriend Shannon Hilton video-calling him in prison from outside.
