If awards were given for behind-the-scenes achievements, Daniel McNamara would have a roomful.
He was the sidekick in his family's acrobatic troupe. As an artist, he earned a spot in the Western New York Exhibitions at what was then the Albright-Knox Art Gallery. He then started a quiet business that produced a key component for items that are enjoyed worldwide.
As a sculptor who worked in plexiglass, he was well-prepared for the challenge given to him by Innovative Concepts in Entertainment Inc. in Clarence – to create the plastic dome for its bubble hockey arcade game, Super Chexx Pro.
