The Nashville area saw 3,356 home closings in July, representing a 3 percent increase compared to the 3,271 closings in July 2024.

According to a Greater Nashville Realtors press release, the figure also is an increase from the 3,185 closings in June and the 3,164 closings in May.

The GNR release notes the median price for a single-family home in July was $524,700, an increase from the July 2024 median price of $499,994. The single-family home median price in June was $528,297, with the May figure at $506,557.

The median price for a condominium in July was $344,900, a decrease compared to the $353,000 mark of the same month last year and an increase from the $340,000 figure of June.
