KOURTNEY Kardashian has once again sparked pregnancy rumors with ‘suspicious’ behavior.

Taking to social media to share some behind the scenes snaps from a family photoshoot, the beauty mogul, 46, was seen acting in a strange way.

Posing with Kim, Kendall, Khloe and Kylie, Kourtney was seen concealing her body while on set with her sisters.

The five women were all dressed in black ensembles as they posed up a storm for the camera.

Fans quickly spotted how Kourtney was "hiding" her body, which in turn sparked a new slew of pregnancy rumors.

Kourtney was recently forced to address pregnancy rumors after fans were convinced she might be expecting her fifth child .
