TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) -- A system outage to United Airlines occurred Wednesday at 8 p.m., triggering a ground stop.
The domino effect of delays could be seen at Tampa International Airport Thursday morning.
United Airlines is calling the incident a technology issue and treating it as a controllable delay. They are paying for customer expenses like hotels for the inconvenience.
