LAFAYETTE COUNTY — A Florida woman will spend 15 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for drug trafficking.

Lafayette County Prosecutor Kristen Hilbrenner say Sheili Diaz Nieves, 40, was sentenced after pleading guilty to the charge.

Over 98 pounds of cocaine was found in Nieves' vehicle when she was pulled over on Interstate 70 for a lane violation and excessive window tint in 2024, according to the release.
