A Fairhope woman was arrested Wednesday for allegedly using a stun gun on her mentally disabled 19-year-old daughter, according to court records and a Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office press release issued Thursday.
On Aug. 6, sheriff’s deputies arrested Lyly Dutcher, 57, for threatening and using an electronic control device, or stun gun, on her daughter at their home in Fairhope. According to the press release, the victim is mentally handicapped and nonverbal.
