CLINTON, NY (WUTR/WFXV/WPNY) -- To celebrate the 10th anniversary of the hit Broadway show Hamilton, Hamilton College will be hosting Hamilton himself in September.

Lin-Manuel Miranda, who created the musical in 2015, will be the next guest in the college's Sacerdote Great Names speaking series, according to a statement by the college on Friday, August 7. This will be Miranda's second appearance on the Hamilton campus. The playwright was at Hamilton in 2012 to celebrate the college's 200th anniversary.

The talk will be held on Monday, September 29 in the Margaret Bundy Scott Field House at 7 pm. It will be the second Great Names presentation in 2025, after former President Barack Obama spoke at the college on April 3. It is only the third Great Names Series presentation this decade, afte
