(WKBN) -- Mahoning and Trumbull county public transportation riders invited to share their thoughts and ideas at upcoming meetings set for August.

The Eastgate Regional Council of Government and the Ohio Department of Transportation have set two separate meetings, covering Mahoning and Trumbull counties, to welcome residents to express their needs when it comes to public transportation.

Trumbull County will hold its meeting on Wednesday, August 20, from 10 a.m. to noon, at the Western Reserve Independence Living Center at 4076 Youngstown Road SE in Warren.

Mahoning County's meeting will be held on Thursday, August 21, from 1 to 3 p.m., at the Eastgate Regional Council of Governments at 100 E. Federal Street in Youngstown on the 10th floor.
