Minnesota Wild stars Kirill Kaprizov and Matt Boldy are among the top 20 wingers in the National Hockey League, according to a new ranking from NHL Network.
Kaprizov checks in at No. 3 on the list, trailing only Nikita Kucherov and David Pastrnak. Boldy slides into the back end of the rankings at No. 19.
Kaprizov, 28, has basically been a superstar ever since he made his long-awaited NHL debut with a three-point game and overtime winner in January 2021. The former fifth-round pick from Russia scored 51 points in 55 games as a rookie, taking home Calder Trophy honors. He then exploded for 47 goals and 108 points in his second season, which announced him to the rest of the league as one of the world's elite forwards.
