LOWELL, Ark. (KNWA/KFTA) — Kent Eikenberry, President and CEO of the Northwest Arkansas Food Bank, will retire in the second quarter of 2026 after nearly ten years in the role.
“Serving the Northwest Arkansas community has been the honor of my career,” Eikenberry said in a news release. “Never has a job made me feel more complete than leading the Food Bank these past ten years. Together, we have built something meaningful.”
Since joining in 2016, Eikenberry oversaw growth in programs, partnerships, and distribution capacity. In 2024, the Food Bank opened the debt-free Claude and Betty Harris Center for Hunger Relief.
