JACK Nicholson’s grandson has been arrested for felony domestic violence, The U.S. Sun can exclusively report.

Sean Knight Nicholson, 29, was arrested on Wednesday, August 5, at 3 pm in Los Angeles , official arrest records show.

The actor's grandson, who has been seen with him on occasion at events with his family, was released the same day on a bond, officials confirmed.

Nicholson is accused of attacking a "spouse or cohabitant," and will appear in court in Los Angeles on August 26.

A felony conviction can result in up to four years in state prison.

A spokeswoman for the LAPD 's Pacific Division told The U.S. Sun they would not be releasing a mugshot.

He does not appear to have any previous criminal history or pending lawsuits, official records show.
