The Boston Licensing Board today approved Roger Berkowitz's plans for a new seafood eatery at Logan Airport's Terminal A, at which he says he will offer the sort of quality seafood people know him for, but at a lower price point, since instead of waiters bringing food and explaining wine pairings, customers will order at a counter and then find a seat in a food court that his Roger's Fish & Chips will share with other operators.
