Sierra View Medical Center has announced it has received the American Heart Association's Get With The Guidelines Stroke Gold Plus Award along with being placed on the Target: Stroke Honor Roll and the Target: Type 2 Diabetes Honor Roll.

The Gold Plus Award is one of the highest honors offered through the American Heart Association's stroke quality improvement program. Sierra View was recognized for adhering to rigorous clinical protocols proven to reduce complications and enhance recovering.
