An industrial property in SeaTac has traded hands. The property was sold for $16.5 million, or about $218 per square foot, according to King County property records. The buyer was an entity affiliated with BKM Capital Partners, and the seller was a Santa Ana, Calif.-based entity.

Located at 19111 Des Moines Memorial Drive S, the property, known as Olympic Industrial Park, is a warehouse facility, built in 1983, and offers a total of 75,588 square feet on a 4.14-acre lot, according to LoopNet.com. The building features a 20-foot clear height, 25-foot by 50-foot column spacing and five drive-in bays. Additionally, 116 vehicle parking stalls are available at the site.
