MURRAY, Ky. (WSIL) -- The Murray Police Department said one of their sergeants saw a man engaging in a sexual act outside his home on August 6 around 5:00 p.m.

Police said this person was identified as Charles Maupin, also known as Charles Harding, 57. Police said Maupin quickly went back inside his home when approached by the officer.

Maupin was accused of refusing to exit his home, however, officers said he eventually came out and was arrested.

Maupin was cited with offenses of indecent exposure 2nd degree and resisting arrest.

Police said this was the fourth time Maupin has been charged with indecent exposure 2nd degree in the last four months.
