TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — The man accused of killing a woman in a Terre Haute shooting that took place in March appeared in court today.

In March, deputies were called to a home where they found that 46-year-old Mark Gayer and 33-year-old Meagen Anderson had been shot. Gayer was pronounced dead at the scene. Anderson was seriously injured.

The case led to the arrests of Joshua Torpy and Kyle Peretti on charges including murder.

Today, during Torpy's hearing, a new pre-trial hearing date has been set for December 11 and a jury trial has been set for February 9.

Peretti is set to be in court next on August 19.
