Three people are dead in an apparent murder-suicide in Frederica.

Delaware State Police said troopers conducted a welfare check on Lorna Drive at the High Point Mobile Home Park Wednesday, August 6th at about 10:57 p.m. They found a 53-year-old woman with an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound, as well as a 81-year-old woman and an 18-year-old man who had been shot. All of them were pronounced dead at the scene.

The Homicide Unit is still investigating the incident. The names of the people who died have not been released.
