Victoria Mboko is set to take on Naomi Osaka in the final of the Canadian Open. On paper, the clash is simply a final between two unseeded players at a WTA 1000 tournament, but in reality, it is a tie between two women who have defied all odds to beat seeded and top players in the draw and were not among the favorites when the competition kicked off.
