BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) -- A Jamestown man who was awaiting sentencing on a child pornography charge pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of child pornography involving a prepubescent minor, the United States Attorney's Office said.
Brandon G. Uber, 24, was previously sentenced to 17.5 years in prison on a distribution of child pornography charge. The newest charge carries a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison and a $250,000 fine.
Uber used a Kik forum to trade child pornography with other users and was a moderator of the forum at one point, according to officials.
