BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) -- Former Bills players teamed up with the the Police Athletic League on Friday to inspire children by sharing skills, drills, and lessons they can use on and off the field.
"It's not just about football, it's about social skills, it's about civic duty, it's about education," said Executive Director of Police Athletic League of Buffalo Nekia Kemp. "So, while they're out there throwing a football, they're having these conversations about life and lessons and the kids really love that."
The third annual Buffalo Bills Alumni Legends NFL Flag Football Camp was filled with children excited to learn from the greats.
"It feels pretty good to learn from them," said 11-year-old Tristan.
"It makes me feel like I'm going to be one because anything's possible as long as you be
