Insects, lack of cleaning found by inspector at Knoxville fast food restaurant

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WATE) — The fast food restaurant with the low score is located in Knoxville. Nearly half a dozen critical violations were checked off.

The grade is a 76 at Wendy's at 3000 Broadway in North Knoxville. 76 is a passing score. A restaurant flunks its inspection if it receives a grade of 69 and below. There has not yet been a follow-up inspection.
