A real estate investment firm from California has successfully entered the Seattle multifamily market by acquiring a portfolio of three historic apartment properties. According to King County property records, the buyer was several entities affiliated with Vista Investment Group, and the seller was multiple entities that share an address with Epic Asset Management, a full-service property management company founded in Seattle in 1962. The sales price for the portfolio was $35.2 million, or about $163,720 per unit.
