Voters in the Nov. 4 election will choose a new mayor and five city council members, one for each of Billings’ five wards.
The Chamber of Commerce and the Billings Realtors Association hosted a forum Thursday morning for the two candidates competing to represent midtown and the South Side in Ward 3.
Councilwoman TJ Rogers is facing a challenge in her first run for office from fellow nonprofit leader and political newcomer Amy Aguirre. Rogers was appointed to the council in January to take Denise Joy’s place after she stepped up to serve in the legislature.
