The nineties are returning and, at least after Saturday, we’re also entering a drier pocket of weather.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Unlike the late evening storms that we had first alerted you to Wednesday, most of the rain Thursday evening will straddle the top of our higher terrain. That means at the Crab Orchard mountains, the Chilhowee mountains, and the Smoky mountains. Should wake up with some fog on Friday, especially in the places with the light winds, and that recently had beneficial rain.
