WELLSBORO, Pa. (WETM) – A business owner in Westfield was honored on Tuesday for his actions of support for those who endured loss from the flooding that resulted from Hurricane Debby last August, as stated in a release from Pennsylvania State Representative Clint Owlett.

On Tuesday, June 5, Mitch Gruver, the owner of Papa's Patties, was presented with the Matthew E. Baker Community Servant Award by Representative Owlett for the support he provided to those in need when they were hit by the devastating flooding in August of 2024.
