JACKSON, Miss. (WJTV) - Residents in a Jackson apartment complex said they've been without running water for three weeks due to an ongoing dispute between the apartment owner and JXN Water.

The tenants at Blossom Apartments on Woodbine Street said they're having to rely on potable and bottled water to survive.

"We're just asking for help. Make it, you know, at least so we can get some answers. Because clearly we're being thrown to the woods," said Shanquana Hayes, who lives at the apartment complex.

The issues are the result of an ongoing dispute between Blossom Apartments owner Tony Little and JXN Water over failed payments. Residents said they're left to suffer and are now living in deplorable conditions. They're asking JXN Water and the City of Jackson to step-in until they're able t
