LARSA Pippen looked very different during her recent press tour for Real Housewives of Miami.

Larsa, 51, headed to New York City with her boyfriend and basketballer, Jeff Coby, 31, where she showed off a brand new look during her media interviews.

The Real Housewives of Miami alum stopped in to Good Night New York on Fox 5 where she gave updates on her life, relationships and even shared her thoughts on how often a couple should be having sex.

But people watching the segment took to social media to talk about Larsa's different look and speculated that she's had further cosmetic enhancements.
