NEW HAVEN, Conn. (WTNH) — A New Haven nightclub that had its liquor license permanently revoked under a different owner is now being watched by the state.
144 Temple Street, also known as Vanity, is operating with a provisional license after complaints of underage drinking and other issues.
The club is open to those 18 and older, but only those who are 21 are allowed to drink alcohol.
Punishment for serving underage could result in fines and loss of license. Teenagers using fake IDs could also face consequences.
Enforcement could include state officials with the Department of Consumer Protection working undercover.
