GRAND FORKS — A Grand Forks man will serve no prison time for a string of local burglaries, unless he violates his probation.
Ian Paul Kramchuck, 21, was sentenced in May to 46 months for federal armed robbery. He was sentenced Monday, Aug. 4, in two state-level burglary cases.
Kramchuck pleaded guilty to all charges. In the first case, he pleaded guilty to one Class C felony. In the second case, he pleaded guilty to 28 crimes, including one Class B felony, 18 Class C felonies, two Class A misdemeanors and seven Class B misdemeanors. Each offense was related either to theft, trespassing or property damage.
In the case with the single charge, Kramchuck was sentenced to five years, with all time suspended aside from what he has already served. For the multi-felony case, he was sentence
