WACO, Texas (KWTX) - A Waco teenager impersonating a public servant was driving a pickup with flashing lights and working sirens when he pulled over a driver, an arrest warrant states.
Arturo Rodriguez-Valdez, 18, is charged with impersonating a public servant, according to the warrant and online jail records.
Rodriguez-Valdez, police allege, impersonated a police officer “with the intent to induce another to submit to his pretended official authority or to rely on his pretended official acts.”
On Aug. 5, the warrant alleges, Rodriguez-Valdez was driving a white 2024 Chevrolet Colorado pickup equipped with sirens and lights with the capability to flash red and blue lights in the front grill to resemble an emergency vehicle.
