Director of National Intelligence (DNI) Tulsi Gabbard has released a bombshell report revealing the shaky foundations and fabricated intelligence that underpinned claims of a Russian plot to elect President Donald Trump.

According to a Washington Post report, the heavily redacted 46-page document, which was based on a 2,300-hour investigation by the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence (HPSCI), exposes how substandard raw intelligence reports were distorted or outright manufactured to support a narrative that Russian President Vladimir Putin sought to help Trump by sabotaging rival Hillary Clinton.
